Introduction

Discflow is a powerful model of describing human behaviour that helps people understand “why they do, what they do” and the model has been helping individuals, teams and organisations to connect better for over 30 years.

The Discflow model has been purposely designed to be simple to understand and easy to apply. We’ve taken the tried-and tested.
DISC model and combined it with the power of emotional intelligence to help people tap into their strengths and build better, stronger and more productive relationships.

In the Discflow model, a person’s level of emotional intelligence is assumed to be the factor which enables how well they control the behavioural tendencies typically associated with their Disc style. It also determines how they display these behavioural tendencies when connecting with others as well as adapting to their social environment.

It is acknowledged that a person with high levels of emotional intelligence is better able to manage their behavioural tendencies according to the demands of the social environment they find themselves in.

Put simply, by strengthening emotional intelligence, people build resilience, become better communicators, strengthen relationships with others and improve the overall quality of life.

And the great thing about applying the Discflow model is that while some people have high levels of emotional intelligence as a natural talent, for those that don’t, these skills can be learned and continually improved.

Our Discflow Trainer Certification is a 1.5-day intensive training program that includes:

  1. Practical Application: Upon completion of the course, delegates will be equipped with the knowledge and extensive support resources to confidently apply Discflow in various coaching, consulting, or training situations in the workplace.
  2. Certification: Successful completion of an examination will designate you as a Discflow Certified Trainer.
  3. Administrative Skills: Gain a thorough understanding of the administration process for creating and managing online profiles, as well as how to interpret the results of various reports.

Day 1 Discflow Training

Session One: Understanding Disc — Know Yourself, Understand Others

Objective: Lay the foundational knowledge of the DISC model.

Session Two: Strengthening Relationships through Disc and Emotional Intelligence
