Provided 16 hours E-learning (recorded online learning sessions) for “Certified Executive Function Coach Training.” Conducted in both English and Mandarin, this bilingual training equips participants with a comprehensive understanding of executive functioning and practical coaching strategies. You will explore critical topics such as ADHD, procrastination, and perfectionism while learning evidence-based techniques to enhance organization, focus, and self-regulation in students.

Training objectives

Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of executive functioning and related psychological concepts, as well as practical skills and lesson contents, including:

• The underlying psychology of executive functioning deficits, such as ADHD, procrastination, and perfectionism.
• Behavioral strategies and practical tools to address these challenges.
• Structured lesson content and frameworks to deliver effective coaching.
• Evidence-based techniques for improving organization, focus, and self-regulation in students.

Participants who completed the training will receive a Certificate of Completion.　Additionally, they will be fully prepared to pursue the Certified Executive Functioning Coach designation, contingent upon submitting two video demonstrations for review and approval.
